Hello! 

As a young child I have always gravitated towards the camera and all of the memories that can be captivated by the work of a single lens. The fascination that the click of a button can do to a child with an eye of wonder truly is an indescribable experience. My heart gravitated towards photography ever since I can remember. Realizing being able to capture a memory and it being able to last forever secured closure knowing that I can always look at these made me joyous. Growing up my grandmother would gather with my cousins and we would sit eagerly waiting to look at the photographs and memories that she had captivated during her travels. Looking at each photograph we would immerse ourselves into the city and towns that she had visited. A time in my life where I realized that photography meant a lot to me was when my aunt had passed away. Not only did I realize that photography was one of the best ways to remember her amazing contagious smile but also her beauty that no one else can compare to. This made me realize how important it is to capture memories with those that are especially close to you. Discovering myself through photography has been nothing short of smiles whenever a camera is in my hands. The opportunity to create is endless. Something that I appreciate so much about photography is that everything has a story behind it, it just depends how you interpret it.
